Josephine Norton

Josephine graduated from DePaul University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology. Josie continued on to receive her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she was named to the Dean’s List and earned a Certificate in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

During law school, Josie clerked for the C-K Law Group: The Law Offices of Chicago-Kent, Chicago-Kent’s distinguished in-house legal clinic, working specifically in the practice areas of Family Law and Mediation/Alternative Dispute Resolution. Josie’s time at the clinic allowed her to experience working directly with family law clients, assisting them through the various stages of their litigation. It was during this time that Josie developed a passion for family law.

Since then, she has excelled as one of Chicago’s go-to family law attorneys. Whether it’s a complex divorce case or a delicate visitation or relocation case, Josie is an ardent defender of her clients and their children and will stop at nothing to make sure their rights are fought for throughout the case. Josie also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in DuPage County, representing children in contentious divorce and parentage cases.
